*Foreword

To serve the citizens, Sangchong City office is dedicated to upgrading the quality of service. Led by Mayor Lee, the concept and spirit of an enterprise government is introduced to highlight the outstanding enforcement. The office requires the comprehensive quality management of municipal work internally and proposes the policy enforcing plans that meet the public’s needs. All of the office staff work together with enthusiasm for service, and innovation. The office was reorganized and reform to provide the citizens with the most high-quality service, and aim at “Omnibearing Public Work and Navigating New Sanchong” to achieve the objective of “Eight Major Prospects and a Treasured Homeland”.

 

I Service hours

Monday to Friday ( from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

II location

We are located at No. 10, Jhongshan Road, Sanchong City , and equipped with outstanding facilities and a convenient location near the Sanchong Post office, Sanchong City Household Registration office, Land office, Taipei County Hospital SANCHUNG BRANCH, Labor Building of Taipei County Social Affairs, Comprehensive Stadium and the Dome Gymnasium.

III Innovative service

The office is an innovative and modern building. In order to fully utilize its geographical advantage, the office exhibits various art works and public work achievements jointly with various junior high schools and elementary schools in the Briefing Room on 4F and along the halls on 1F-6F. Additionally, the office also works with various schools in after-school activities and appoints special personnel to lead the visiting elementary school and kindergarten students and provide the most detailed introduction service to students to set the best example for after-school activities.

I set up of e-mail box for citizens’ complaints

Citizens may file complaints to mayor via e-mail or pose their comments and requests related to public work at Sanchong City office’s website. The office will appoint the dedicated personnel to follow up the complaints in order to resolve the citizens’problems expeditiously.

II service satisfactory survey

Ask the requesting citizens to complete the service satisfactory questionnaire, and review the feasible corrective actions.

III Communication meetings for chiefs of villages and officers

The office holds a communication meeting for chiefs of villages and officers at least once a year, in which we may report the development about execution of the business to chiefs of villages. Chiefs of villages may reflect the public opinion or comments; therefore, both sides may communicate or coordinate with each other through the dialogue to reach a mutual consensus for the reference of the office's policy enforcement.

IV Mayor’s appointment with citizens

In order to shorten the distance between citizens and the Mayor and enable the Mayor to know the citizens’ problems, the Mayor will have a face-to-face talk with the citizens upon their request and listen to their problems on the scheduled date. Meanwhile, their applications will be recorded and processed by the appointed personnel.

 

*Convenient services

I

Service Center, work station of Sanchong Land office, public fund collection division of Chinatrust Commercial Bank, ATM machine of Yuanta Bank and pay phones, where there are enthusiastic volunteer workers dedicated to serving citizens tea, guiding them, and photocopying documents and completing forms for citizens.

II

Providing free umbrellas, reading glasses and service rings to the handicapped, accepting their applications as the first priority, and providing convenient and comfortable service.

III

Providing sample application forms, operation flow charts, indication of job substitutes clearly to provide citizens with a clear and convenient service environment.

IV

Landscaping contact windows and toilets to provide a comfortable and sanitary service place.

V

Established the office’s website to provide the various application forms and to laws and regulations. It provides relevant operations and functions, and information about activities, in order to provide the citizens with the transparent and speedy network information service.
